THE SHORT VERSION

Sellers pay a tax. Lockers collect it. How much of every token is locked, and for roughly how long, is on the board for everyone to see.

Lockd.fun is a token launchpad on Robinhood Chain. Anyone can launch a token for the cost of gas. It trades on a bonding curve until it reaches a fixed market cap, then moves by itself to a Uniswap pool with its liquidity locked for good.

When you buy you can lock what you bought for 1 to 365 days. Locked tokens cannot be sold, so lockers never pay the jeet tax. They are paid it, in ETH, every time somebody else sells.

Nobody runs the contracts. There is no owner, no admin, no pause and no upgrade. Every setting is fixed the moment it is made.

LAUNCHING A TOKEN

Launching is free; you pay gas only. One transaction deploys the token and its curve. The token is a plain ERC-20 with a fixed supply of 1,000,000,000: no mint, no tax inside the token, no blacklist, no owner.

You choose these at launch. None of them can be changed afterwards, by you or by anyone.

JEET TAX
0% to 10% of what a seller receives.
VENUE
Where the token goes when it graduates: a Uniswap v4 pool with the Lockd hook, or a Uniswap v2 pair. See GRADUATION.
EARLY WINDOW
0 to 10 minutes after launch in which only wallets with a reputation pass can buy.
YOUR FIRST BUY
Optional, in the same transaction as the launch. You choose its lock, including none. The board shows it separately as the creator's lock.
PAYOUT ADDRESS
v4 tokens only: the address that can collect the creator's 10% of the tax. It defaults to the launching wallet.
NAME, IMAGE, LINKS
Ticker and name are on-chain. The description, image, website, Telegram and X are signed by the creator's wallet and saved once.

LAUNCH A TOKEN

THE CURVE

Every token starts on its own bonding curve: a contract that sells tokens for ETH and buys them back, at a price set by how many have been sold. 800,000,000 tokens are for sale on the curve. The other 200,000,000 are held back for the pool at graduation. No tokens go to the creator or the platform.

Buying moves the price up; selling moves it down. There is no order book and no counterparty: you always trade against the curve, and the curve always has the ETH to buy back every token it has sold.

Buys are never taxed. Every sell on the curve pays the token's jeet tax out of the ETH the seller receives. The trade box shows the tax and what you get before you sign.

The curve has no trading fee. The only money that leaves a trade is the jeet tax, and none of it goes to the platform's operators.

LOCKING

A lock is made when you buy: pick a length from 1 to 365 days and the tokens go straight from the curve to the vault. They release in a straight line over the lock, a little every second, and whatever has released can be withdrawn at any time.

A lock cannot be ended early, extended or topped up. Not by you, and not by anyone else: the vault has no admin and no other way out.

Each lock has a weight: the tokens still in it, times a multiplier for the length you chose. A token's tax is shared between its lockers by weight, so a longer lock earns more per token.

Lock length and weight multiplier
LOCK LENGTHWEIGHT
7 DAYS OR LESS1×
30 DAYS2×
90 DAYS4×
180 DAYS OR MORE6×

Lengths in between are scaled in a straight line between the two nearest rows: 60 days is 3×.

Rewards are in ETH and wait in the distributor until you claim them from your wallet page. A lock earns from the sells that happen while it is running, and stops earning when it ends.

THE JEET TAX

The tax is taken in ETH from the seller's proceeds and split on the spot. The split depends on the token's venue and is fixed in the contracts.

GOES TOV4 TOKENV2 TOKEN
THE TOKEN'S LOCKERS, BY WEIGHT70%80%

If nothing is locked at the moment of a sell, the lockers' share of that sell goes to the buyback instead. A token launched with 0% tax pays nothing to anyone.

Lockers, creators and the buyback each collect their own share when they choose to. Nobody can collect on another's behalf, and nobody can redirect a share.

GRADUATION

A token graduates when the last curve token is bought. That happens at a fixed market cap, set in ETH when the platform was deployed. The buy that crosses the line performs the graduation in the same transaction; nobody has to trigger it and nobody can stop it.

TAX AFTER GRADUATIONEvery sell in the pool keeps paying the jeet tax, forever. Buys stay untaxed. The pool's own fee is 0.None. The pair charges only Uniswap's standard 0.3% fee.

A graduated token still trades from its page here, against its pool. It also trades anywhere else that reads Uniswap.

THE EARLY WINDOW

A creator can open a token with an early window of up to 10 minutes. During it, the curve only accepts buys from wallets carrying a pass: a short-lived signature, tied to one wallet and one token, that the site requests for you when you buy.

A pass is given to wallets with a reputation score of 40 or more out of 100. The score is read from the wallet's public history on this chain: how old it is, how active it has been, how long it has held Stock Tokens, and how many locks it has seen through to the end.

The point is to keep freshly made sniper wallets out of the first minutes. The pass signer can only let a wallet buy early. It cannot move funds, block a sell or touch a lock. When the window ends the curve stops checking passes and anyone can buy.

A token's page also flags a launch when several brand-new wallets funded from one source bought in its first minutes. The flag is information only; it restricts nothing.

CONVICTION

Every token on the board shows what share of its supply is locked and the average time those locks have left. Remaining time is shown in ranges (under 7 days, 7 to 30, 30 to 90, 90 and over) and never as exact unlock dates.

Only tokens that are still locked count. Tokens that have already released are not counted, whether or not their owner has withdrawn them. The creator's own lock is always shown separately.

The board's conviction ranking is the share of supply locked, times the average days remaining (capped at 180), divided by 180.

$LOCKD

$LOCKD is the platform's token. 20% of every jeet tax paid on every token, on the curve and in v4 pools, is sent in ETH to the buyback wallet listed under CONTRACTS, and that ETH is used to buy $LOCKD on the open market.

The buyback wallet's address is fixed in the contracts. What arrives there and what leaves is public on the explorer.

CONTRACTS

ROBINHOOD CHAIN · CHAIN 4663

Five contracts run the platform. Their source is published and matches what is deployed, byte for byte. Each token and its curve are two more contracts of their own, linked from the token's page.

  • NO OWNER OR ADMIN ROLE
  • NO PROXY, NO UPGRADE
  • NO PAUSE, NO BLACKLIST
  • NO MINT AFTER LAUNCH
  • EVERY SETTING IMMUTABLE

RISKS

Read this before you put money in.

  • Most launchpad tokens go to zero. A lock does not protect you from the price; it stops you selling while it runs.
  • A lock cannot be undone. If you lock for 180 days, the last of those tokens is yours again in 180 days and not before.
  • The contracts are tested and their source is public, but they have not been audited by an outside firm. A bug nobody has found could lose funds, and with no admin there is nobody who could step in.
  • Anyone can launch a token under any name. A name or ticker proves nothing; check the address.
  • This page and this site are an interface. The contracts keep working without them, and they are the final word on every rule described here.
